We have a number of vacancies for Registered Health Professionals. This team is innovative, well supported and provides a mental health crisis response to the Tairāwhiti region.
About the role
Applicants are welcome from Registered Nurses, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within mental health services and have a current NZ practicing certificate.
The role involves working on a 24/7 rotating roster of day and night shifts with overnight on-call.
About you
The successful applicant will possess the professional attributes required to undertake this rewarding role and will have the capability to become a Duly Authorised Officer (DAO) as described in the Mental Health Act 1992 (amended).
All applicants must have a current, clean and full driver’s license and will be subject to a Police Vetting and Screening.
