About the role
This position is part of a multidisciplinary team that operates under an integrated framework with a focus on recovery oriented practice and patient centred care.
To provide high quality community based, mental health assessment and management service to people requiring acute mental health care. This position is responsible for a distinct case load and provides outreach to specified communities as well as locally.
Engagement with community and non-government services is an important component of the role with an expectation to lead the development of innovative service options.
