Please Note:

We have a new members platform. If this is your first time logging in since 28 August 2023, you will need to create your account. Please follow the steps below in order to create your new account.

1. Click “Forgot username?”. 
2. In the ‘Email’ field you must enter the email associated with your account. Click “Submit”.
3. You will receive an email that confirms your username. 
   Remember to check your junk/spam folder for the email. 
4. Return to the sign-in page and select "Forgot Password?". Enter your username. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. 
5. Click on the link and enter your new password, confirm, and click "Submit". 

If you are not receiving the password reset email, please make sure you have completed steps 1 - 3. 

You will now be able to sign in using your email and new password.

This is a good time to look at your profile and sure that we have the most up to date information for you. To do this, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.
