Continuing professional development online event hosted by Nurse Practitioner SIG

Presentation from Consultant Pharmacist Csilla Burt on home medication reviews and pharmacogenomics

This session will provide information on the government funded medication review service that is available for anyone who takes multiple medications or is at risk of medication related harm. The talk will also provide an introduction into the use of pharmacogenomics as a tool to help tailor medications. Each person is unique and medications can affect everyone differently based on their DNA.

Presenter: Csilla Burt – B.Pharm AACPa - Consultant Pharmacist
